About Us
Incorporated in the State of New Jersey in 1988,
Laurel Rehab has grown from a
staff of one nurse case manager to a mid-size, evolving company
independently owned and operated by Patricia
Deffler, RN, CCM, CDMS.
Our Staff
Laurel Rehab employs
Registered Nurses with diverse backgrounds and experience which few
other health care management companies can match. They've
experienced the joy and satisfaction of nursing sick and injured
people back to health. And they know what works and what does not.
Most of our Registered Nurses have achieved the prestigious,
nationally accredited credential of Certified Case Manager (CCM).
This means that they have met the rigorous training, testing and
experience criteria established by the Commission
For Case Manager Certification and are recognized as experts in
the field of medical case management.
Our Network of Experts
We maintain a nationwide network of over 3,000 Board certified
independent physicians, health care professionals, and other
industry experts who assist us in delivering our services.
Since 1996 Laurel Rehabilitation Services has partnered with Paradigm
to collaboratively provide medical case management services for
individuals who have suffered catastrophic injuries. ParadigmHealth
is a unique nationwide corporation based in California that
predicts medical outcomes and proactively manages the clinical and
financial aspects of each individual case.
Our Certifications
